Directions
Wash and peel potatoes.
Carefully make deep longitudinal cuts on the potatoes (but do not cut completely).
Grease the mold with oil, open the cut potatoes a little and put in the mold. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with thyme and marjoram. Put pieces of butter on each potato.
Bake potatoes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 35-40 minutes.
Sprinkle the potatoes with grated cheese and bake the potato fans for another 15-20 minutes. The cheese should melt and brown.
Sprinkle the cooked potatoes, baked with cheese, with chopped herbs and serve immediately.
