We will make the gnocchi from mashed potatoes, prepare the sauce based on ground beef, cream and pilati tomatoes (canned peeled tomatoes in their own juice). First, we will cook the dish in a frying pan, until cooked through in the oven, covering everything with cheddar cheese, which will give the gnocchi a creamy flavor.

  3. Transfer the potatoes to a saucepan with water, boil for 25-30 minutes, until tender. It is necessary to cook potatoes in their uniforms so that they do not absorb excess moisture.
  4. Peel warm potatoes and cut into small cubes.
  5. Transfer the chopped potatoes to a bowl and mashed them.
  6. Separate the whites from the yolks. The whites can be used for other dishes, and the yolks can be transferred to a bowl of potatoes. Add salt and pepper to taste, mix.
