Grate the potatoes on a fine grater, sprinkle with salt, mix well and leave for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, finely chop the onions.
Chop the green onions finely.
Squeeze the potatoes well, drain the juice that has formed in 10 minutes. Add all the onions, paprika, eggs, flour, nutmeg and black ground pepper to the potatoes.
Mix well.
Put the potato pancakes in a frying pan with heated vegetable oil, fry until golden, about 2-3 minutes.
Turn the pancakes over, fry for a couple more minutes, until golden on the other side.
Ready-made potato pancakes can be served with sour cream, but this is optional.
