Potato patties with sausage

Delicate zrazy potato pies with a sausage inside. The size of the patty depends on the size of the sausage.

Ingredients

• Potatoes - 10 pcs.
• Egg - 1 pc.
• Flour - 3 tbsp. l.
• Sausage - 7 pcs.
• Vegetable oil - 5 tbsp. l.

Directions

1. Boil potatoes, knead in mashed potatoes. Add 1 egg to lukewarm mashed potatoes, 3 tbsp. tablespoons with a heap of flour and mix thoroughly until smooth.
2. To form pies, we moisten our hands in water and form a cake.
3. We put a sausage in it, sculpt a pie.
4. We send the pies to a preheated pan and fry on both sides for 2-4 minutes.
