Three potatoes on a fine grater. Add salt, pepper, egg and flour. Add a little flour to knead the dough.

Lay out the filling. To pour, beat eggs with cream. Season with salt, pepper, add dry herbs to taste. Pour the pie over. Put the potato pie in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
Let the cake cool slightly and remove from the mold. Delicious warm and cold. This potato pie will be delicious with broth.
