Very tasty and easy-to-prepare potato zrazy pies stuffed with sausages and herbs.

Ingredients

  1. Fry chopped onion and chopped sausages (or minced meat) in vegetable oil.
  2. Add chopped herbs. Season with salt and simmer until the herbs are soft, about 10-15 minutes. Add grated cheese (optional).
  3. Boil the potatoes in their skins until tender. Then turn the potatoes into mashed potatoes. Add egg, spices and mix well.
  4. Add a little flour and mix again.
  5. Put a small amount of potato mass on the palm, on it - the filling.
  6. Form cutlet patties. To facilitate the process, hands should be moistened with water.
  7. Preheat a frying pan. Fry potato pies on both sides in vegetable oil.
  8. Place on paper towels to remove excess oil.
