  5. Salt and pepper everything and add paprika. Mix well.
  6. Add flour to the potato mass, mix.

  8. A baking dish (I have an oval 25 cm long) grease with vegetable oil.
  9. Put the potato mass into the mold and press down, making the sides.
  10. Place the pan in a hot oven and bake the potato base at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
  11. Combine mayonnaise with ketchup and stir. Remove the dish from the oven and brush the top of the base with the mayonnaise-tomato mixture.
  12. Cut the smoked meat into small cubes and place in an even layer on the potato base.
  13. Grate the suluguni or mozzarella on a medium grater and sprinkle the meat with half the portion.
  14. Make three small indentations in the filling and gently break one egg into each without damaging the yolk. Spread the protein gently across the surface.
  15. Sprinkle the egg whites, not touching the yolk, with the remaining suluguni cheese.
  16. Send the potato "pizza" with smoked meats, eggs and cheese to the oven for another 20 minutes.
  17. Potato "pizza" with smoked meats, eggs and cheese is ready.
  18. Garnish the pizza with herbs, slice and serve.
  19. Bon Appetit!
