  1. First of all, we need to boil the potatoes. The main thing is to try not to boil it (cook over low heat).
  2. We also boil the chicken breast (you can fry it if you wish). Cut the finished breast into cubes.
  3. While the potatoes are boiling, we cut the sausage into thin strips and fry it until golden brown.
  4. Put the finished sausage on a paper towel in order to remove excess fat and let it cool.
  5. Let's start making the sauce. Grind the onion into a gruel with a blender, add garlic to it in the blender bowl, grind everything again. Then pour the sour cream and mayonnaise into the blender bowl, and beat everything for about 1-2 minutes. If you don't have a blender, you can grind the onion with a meat grinder.
  6. Add lemon juice to taste.
  7. When the potatoes are cooked, we cool them down and cut them into large pieces.
  8. Now you can start assembling the salad. We mix all the ingredients in a cup, fill with the prepared sauce.
  9. Sprinkle with finely chopped herbs, salt and pepper to taste, mix everything thoroughly.
  10. If you wish, you can also add fresh cucumbers to this salad.
