Recipe for a gentle mashed potato soufflé.

  1. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Grease the soufflé dish. Chop the dill.
  2. Pour milk into a bowl with mashed potatoes, beat.
  3. Separate the yolks from the whites. Beat the yolks with a fork until they are light.
  4. Pour the yolks into the puree, add cheese, dill, salt and pepper.
  5. Beat the whites until soft peaks.
  6. Gently mix the whites with the puree.
  7. Put the puree in a baking dish and bake for 30 minutes.
  8. Serve the potato soufflé hot, bon appetit!
