Baked potatoes taste good in combination with absolutely all products: meat, fish, vegetables, etc. And the combination with sauerkraut or cucumbers will always take you back to childhood….

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
  2. Potatoes can be peeled if you want to get a crispy crust or leave it in the shell, pre-washed thoroughly.
  3. If the potatoes are small, you can leave them whole, large potatoes can be cut in half, this will give us a nicely browned side.
  4. The layout on the oven rack or on the razor with the rounded side down.
  5. Add salt and bake until the slice becomes a beautiful golden color.
  6. Serve with oil or sauces or accompanied by other dishes.
