Potatoes baked with garlic

It's easy to cook delicious and aromatic baked potatoes in the oven, just add a little aromatic walnut oil and garlic before baking them in a pot with potatoes.

  1. Turn on the oven to preheat to 240 degrees. Put the potatoes in a saucepan, cover with cold water, bring to a boil, cook for no more than 1 minute, and then drain the water, let the potatoes dry slightly.
  2. In a heat-resistant form, mix the nut and sunflower oils and put in a preheated oven for 5 minutes. Then remove the baking sheet from the oven, put the potatoes, garlic cloves in it and mix well in the oil.
  3. Sprinkle potatoes with salt and place in the oven, bake for about 10 minutes. Then reduce the heat to 200 degrees and cook the baked potatoes until tender, about 40 minutes.
  4. Serve baked potatoes on platters with a few cloves of garlic.
