  1. Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm milk. Sift the flour and salt into a bowl, combine with the milk-yeast mixture, mix thoroughly. Leave the dough in a warm place for 1.5 hours. Knead the dough, knead again and divide into 12 parts. Roll them into long sausages and fold them into pretzels, twisting the ends, as shown in the picture.
  2. Boil 1 liter of water, dissolve soda in it. Take turns to lower the pretzels into the water for 40 seconds.
  3. Transfer pretzels to a greased, floured baking sheet. Sprinkle with sea salt and sesame seeds. Bake for 15–20 minutes. at 200 ° C.
