These croissants are very beaten and tender, and the recipe itself is fast and quite easy to cook. You can add raisins or other dried fruits to the filling.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Firstly, defrost the pastry as indicated on the package.
  2. Grate the cheese using a sieve. If you add raisins, cover them with boiling water at this stage.
  3. Add 25 grams of sugar to the cheese. Give it a stir.
  4. Heat the oven up to 180°C. Cut the pastry into triangles. Put cheese into each piece, and wrap it in a croissant. Dip the top in the sugar, and put it on a sheet pan. Then spread a whipped yolk on each croissant.
  5. Put the croissants in the oven. Bake for 20 minutes.
  6. Puff pastry croissants are ready.
