Flavorsome puff pastry with slices of juicy apples is a delicate dessert melting in your mouth.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Slice the apples into thin 2-3 mm thick rings, put into a saucepan with water, bring to a boil and remove from heat. Put the apples in a colander, and sprinkle with lemon juice.
  2. Defrost the dough following the instructions on the pack. Roll it out, and cut into long 3-4 cm wide and about 25 cm long strips. Grease with room temperature butter, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
  3. Put apple slices on each strip. They should slightly overlap and appear ⅓ over the surface of the dough.
  4. Make mini rolls. Press slightly the bottom of the roses to keep the juice inside when baking. Put the pastries in baking cupcake molds.
  5. Bake in the oven preheated to 190 °C for 20 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Put on plates, add chopped nuts, and a scoop of ice cream.
  7. Enjoy!
