Pumpkin biscuits with prunes and walnuts

  1. Peel and seed pumpkin. Boil the pumpkin until soft. Then add chopped banana, sugar and half a glass of butter.
  2. Whisk the ingredients until smooth.
  3. Beat everything with a blender until smooth.
  4. Chop prunes and walnuts
  5. Chop (but not into crumbs) prunes and walnuts
  6. Mix dry ingredients for dough
  7. Sift flour with salt, baking soda and baking powder. Add spices and mix well until smooth.
  8. Mix prepared ingredients, knead cookie dough
  9. Mix flour with pumpkin paste. Finally add chopped prunes with walnuts.
  10. Put the dough on a baking sheet and bake until tender.
  11. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Line a baking sheet with baking paper. Oil the paper (I have olive). I have mini cookies, so I spread out the irregular balls with a teaspoon. If you want something bigger, take a tablespoon. Bake for 15 minutes. and can be served immediately. Bon Appetit!
