  6. Now mix it all until smooth with a blender.
  7. After about one and a half minutes, the dough crumpled, its consistency is quite dense. It happens that the dough cannot form into a ball, then add at least one tablespoon of ice water and continue to knead further. If the situation has not changed within 10 seconds, then add another spoonful of ice water and continue to knead.
  8. We take about one third of the resulting dough and roll it into a layer using a rolling pin. We choose the thickness at our discretion: the thinner the dough is rolled out, the more crisp the cookies will be.S
