Duck is most often cooked for a holiday. And this smoked duck quinoa salad might not be an exception. However, a Sunday family lunch, a romantic dinner with a loved one or Friday get-togethers with friends are also small holidays that you shouldn't deny yourself.

  1. Cut the plums in half, remove the seeds. Place the plums in a bowl and sprinkle with sugar. Cook on a grill or grill pan for 2 minutes. from each side. Place in a bowl and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  2. Fry the nuts in a dry frying pan, 2 minutes, chop coarsely. Coarsely chop the cilantro and basil. Thinly chop the white part of the onion, thinly slice the green one lengthwise.
