  1. Prepare the mash. Heat the milk, add the yeast and half of the flour, and stir until smooth. Cover with a towel and place in a warm place.
  2. We separate proteins and yolks. Add and grind two types of sugar to the yolks, and salt to the proteins and beat until foaming.
  3. When the dough has doubled, first pour in the egg yolks and sugar and mix. Next - mix with softened butter. Next - proteins with salt. The resulting mass is mixed well.
  4. Add the remaining flour and begin to knead the dough. It comes out soft and does not stick to hands. Leave the dough covered for 30 minutes in a warm place.
  5. Soak the raisins for 20 minutes and drain the water and add to the dough. Stir.
  6. Grease the molds with oil. Spread the dough on 1/3 of the height and leave it to rise.
  7. Preheat the oven, and bake for 35-40 minutes at 180 degrees.
  8. Take out and decorate.
