  1. Boil the rice in accordance with the instructions on the package and let it cool slightly.
  2. Fry the finely chopped bacon in a wok for 2 minutes until crisp and brown. Remove bacon from wok and set aside.
  3. Add oil to the wok and fry the rice for 3 minutes. Put peas (previously defrosted) and tuna in a wok, fry over high heat for 2-3 minutes. Add soy sauce and crispy bacon and sauté for 1 minute. Serve immediately, with soy sauce (optional).
