Rice Noodles with Beef, Bok Choy and Broccoli

You can add other ingredients to these noodles, such as 300g soy sprouts or golden beans. This should be done at the very end, before adding the sauces.

  1. Cook the noodles as instructed on the package (sometimes just soak them in hot water). Then fold in a colander and rinse with cold water. Dry.
  2. Cut the beef into very thin strips, about 1/2 x 1/2 x 3 cm. Drizzle with 1 tbsp. l. soy sauce and 1 tbsp. l. peanut butter, stir, set aside.
  3. For broccoli, cut off the lower tough part of the stem, disassemble into small inflorescences. Cut the side choy into several pieces (you can disassemble it into leaves). Crush the garlic and peel, then chop finely.
  4. In a wok, heat 1 tbsp vigorously. l. butter, put the meat, fry, stirring, 30 sec. Add broccoli, bok choy and garlic, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Pour in the remaining soy sauce, chili sauce, and fish sauce. Add the noodles and stir. Warm up and serve.
