If you take not chicken parts, but the fillet, freed from the skin, we get a dietary soup. Any rice can be taken - round-grain, long-grain.

  1. Cut the chicken into small pieces, fill it with water and put it on fire.
  2. By the time the broth boils, remove the foam and cook over low heat for 20 minutes.
  3. We take out the chicken from the broth. Add the peeled, finely chopped potatoes and washed rice to the saucepan. Cook from the moment of boiling for 20 minutes.
  4. Rub the carrots on a grater, finely chop the onion and sauté in butter.
  5. Remove the meat from the bones. 5 minutes before the end of cooking the soup, add frying, meat and herbs, salt the soup to taste.
