I remember this recipe since childhood, for me this rice was almost a dessert, sweet rice, together with raisins and dried apricots, turns out to be simply incredibly tasty. In addition, it is very useful, because everything is natural!

  2. Rinse the rice thoroughly several times until the water becomes clear. Soak rice in clean water for 10 minutes.
  3. Boil 1 glass of water, add rice, simmer, stirring occasionally, until tender.

  5. Add dried apricots and raisins to boiled rice. Stir.
