Rice with shrimps and squid

Ingredients

  1. Fill the rice with water and cook until tender.
  2. Mix bay leaves, cardamom, black pepper, ginger and coriander.
  3. Next, cut the onion into rings or half rings, chop the garlic, a little chili pepper and bell pepper. Fry it all in vegetable oil.
  4. Now we chop the tomatoes and add to the mixture that is fried.
  5. Add spices, salt, chopped herbs and bring everything to softness.
  6. In the meantime, we clean the shrimp from the shell, and pour over the squid with boiling water and cut into rings.
  7. When the tomatoes let juice well, add the shrimp and squid. We simmer everything together for 5 minutes until the seafood is cooked.
  8. When serving, put rice on a plate and water or place a mixture of vegetables and seafood next to it.
