Rice with vegetables in Tabasco sauce, herbs and fried bacon

  1. First, boil the rice until cooked (cooked rice in a bag according to the instructions - 20 minutes).
  2. Now let's get down to vegetables. Cut the zucchini half into circles, then into 5 mm strips, peel the carrots (I have two young, small ones), also cut into not wide and not thick strips, also green pepper. Then we cut the mushrooms.
  3. Let's get down to bacon (I have a raw smoked one). Divide each strip into 2 parts along and 4 equal across. Put in a skillet and fry without oil. Once the bacon is lightly browned and slightly brown, place in a separate plate. Do not wash the pan after it!
  4. Add a tablespoon of butter, 4 tablespoons of sunflower or olive oil, as you wish (if necessary, increase the amount of vegetable oil).
  5. First, fry the carrots for 30 seconds, then fry the zucchini and mushrooms for about 5 minutes, add chopped green peppers and fry for 2 minutes, then add Tabasco sauce (you can add more, who prefers what kind of spice to the dish), half a teaspoon of ginger and a tablespoon of dried basil ( again, whoever loves it), salt and pepper. Now we cook this whole mixture for 8-10 minutes.
  6. Mix ready-made vegetables with rice, then finely chop parsley and green onions, add to the finished dish. We mix.
