What delicious and satisfying pots, especially if they are cooked in a country stove. I remember that as a child, my mother often spoiled us with delicious rich soups (cabbage soup, hodgepodge) and stew, which was certainly baked in a Russian oven.

  1. Wash the beef, dry it, fry in vegetable oil until golden brown, add chopped onions, mushrooms, cook for another 5 minutes. Add tomato paste, stir and remove from heat.
  2. Wash potatoes, peel, cut into cubes.
  3. Put half of the meat with mushrooms, chopped potatoes in fireproof pots, put the remaining meat on top. Pour in water and cook in the oven at 190 degrees for 50-55 minutes.
