I am glad that in the modern world there are a lot of conversations, recipes, posts, blogs, etc. about proper nutrition. People who sit on the PC can sometimes also dream of fast food, but buying it is certainly not worth it, it is easier, and most importantly more useful, to make healthy fast food at home, quickly, easily and useful. I bring to your attention my version of a roll with chicken and vegetables, which is better, of course, not for dinner, but before 18:00 it’s just that.

  1. Pepper the chicken fillet (the size of 2 parts of one chicken breast) and add the dried garlic. We leave for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, heat the oven to 180 degrees.
  2. We take the chicken fillet and wrap it in foil so that the foil completely covers the meat, and taking into account that the juice will flow out of the fillet. We bake the fillets in the oven, depending on the size, in this case we have 2 pieces of fillet from one chicken breast, we look at the readiness according to the secreted juice (the color should be transparent), it is better to check several times than to dry it out.
  3. We take out the fillet and let the meat rest for 15-30 minutes (take it out of the foil so that the baking process stops). We take yogurt and mix it with mustard (this is optional, I just love mustard and choose carefully ... so that without additives, flavor enhancers, etc.). Grease the leafy pita bread with the resulting sauce, put the leaf lettuce on top, on top of the chopped pieces of ready-made chicken fillet, chopped tomatoes and cucumber. We bend the sides and bottom and roll it up with a tube. You can eat the roll in this form, or better, in a non-stick frying pan without oil, heat the pita bread from all sides until crisp (I like it better). Bon Appetit everyone)
