  1. Soak the chickpeas in cold water for 12 hours or overnight, then boil according to the directions on the package. Then cool the chickpeas, place in a bag, add salt and selected spices, and shake the bag well. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, put the chickpeas on a baking sheet in one layer and bake for 30-40 minutes. The peas will become incredibly crispy!
  2. For chips, cut vegetables as thinly as possible. Put the slices in a bag, add salt and spices, shake the bag gently so that the vegetables are evenly covered with spices. Spread the root vegetables on a baking sheet covered with parchment, in one layer, bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 15-20 minutes.
