A very beautiful hot appetizer or side dish for a festive table. Prepare "roses" of potatoes and bacon for your loved ones on Valentine's Day or any other holiday, your loved ones will appreciate it.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare foods according to the recipe list. In addition to products, you will need silicone muffin molds.
  2. Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into very thin slices.
  3. Stir in grated cheese and breadcrumbs.
  4. Preheat the oven.
  5. You can form roses from potatoes and bacon immediately in oiled tins. Roll up a strip of bacon, place in the center of the mold, wrap one or two slices of potatoes around, then wrap the bacon around the potatoes again. Alternate between potato and bacon slices, laying them out like petals in a circle, in the form of a rose.
  6. (Alternatively, you can lay out one or two strips of bacon lengthwise, overlap the potato slices, then roll the bacon and potatoes together to form a rose. Then place the roses in muffin tins.)
  7. Sprinkle bacon and potato roses on top with butter and sprinkle with a mixture of cheese and breadcrumbs.
  8. (You can stir the chopped potatoes and butter right away, add spices if desired, and then roll the potato and bacon roses. Or, sprinkle the cheese on top of the bacon before rolling.)
  9. Send prepared roses from potatoes and bacon with cheese to the oven preheated to 180-200 degrees. After 15-20 minutes, cover with foil and bake the potatoes in the oven for another 35-40 minutes. The foil at the end of baking can be removed to brown the rose petals.
  10. The finished dish can be garnished with pomegranate seeds and served on green lettuce leaves.
  11. Bon Appetit!
