  4. Put the wok on medium heat, pour half of the vegetable oil into it. We heat the oil, and then put the chopped garlic in it. Fry it, stirring it for 30 seconds - until the aroma appears and until the garlic pieces begin to brown slightly. Remove the pan from the heat and put the garlic in a bowl, and leave the oil - it will still come in handy for further frying. Pour the mixture of corn flour and water over the shrimp, stir so that the mixture is more or less evenly distributed over the seafood. We return the pan to the fire, increase the heating to high, pour out the remaining oil, heat it. Put the shrimp in a skillet in one layer and fry for 1 minute. Then turn the shrimp over and fry on the other side for another half a minute. The shrimp should lose their transparency, which will indicate their readiness. In the end, we mix the seafood well.
  5. Next, return the garlic to the shrimp pan, stir, heat for 30 seconds and remove from heat. A fragrant and tasty dish is ready and you can serve it on the table.
