An amazing, fragrant, tasty and incredibly healthy apple and carrot salad, which, fortunately, is always welcomed by children.

  1. First, pour hot water over the raisins to soften them.
  2. Peel the carrots and rub on a coarse grater.
  3. Peel the apples and grate for Korean carrots.
  4. Mix apples, carrots and raisins squeezed from water.
  5. Drizzle a Clean Health salad of carrots, apples, and raisins with olive (or other refined vegetable) oil, lemon juice, and salt to taste.
