  3. The last step is to collect the salad in portioned salad bowls, mixing shrimp, squid and red caviar. Season with salt to taste, if necessary, and season with a drop of mayonnaise. Homemade mayonnaise is perfect here. Decorate the salad with fresh parsley. The salad is ready to serve.
