Delicious, beautiful, original, for a festive table! Shrimp salad crab sticks eggs cheese is easy to confuse with cake - it looks so bright. And without mayonnaise, it has only 4 ingredients! You will cook it in a maximum of 20 minutes, but it has to stand in the refrigerator to taste even better.

  1. How to make a shrimp and crab stick salad? First, prepare the ingredients you need. Take large selection eggs, if the eggs are small, take 4 pieces.
  2. Boil the shrimps in salted water, cool and peel. You can use any shrimp - large or small. The net weight of the peeled shrimp should be at least 200 g, so if you have shrimp with head and shell, take them in reserve. Save a few whole shrimp to garnish the salad.
  3. Cut the rest of the shrimp into small pieces.
  4. Cut the crab sticks into small cubes or grate on a coarse grater.
  5. Hard-boiled eggs, refrigerate and peel. Separate the whites from the yolks and grate them separately in different dishes: whites on a medium grater, yolks on a fine grater. Set aside a little of the grated yolk to garnish the top of the salad.
  6. Grate the cheese on a coarse or medium grater.
  7. To make the salad not only tasty, but also very beautiful, form it in layers in a culinary ring with a diameter of 16-18 cm. Place the ring on the dish, lay out most of the crab sticks in the first layer. Top with mayonnaise. For convenience, I put the mayonnaise in a pastry bag and cut off the tip.
  8. Spread the shrimp evenly with the next layer and drizzle with mayonnaise as well.
  9. Spread the grated cheese over the shrimp and pour with mayonnaise.
  10. The next layer is grated proteins and mayonnaise.
  11. The penultimate layer is grated yolks with mayonnaise.
  12. Sprinkle the top of the salad with the remaining crab sticks. The layer should not be too thick - it is needed for beauty rather than taste. The red and white top of the lettuce looks very nice on the table. Place the salad in the refrigerator for 1 hour to soak.
  13. Remove the culinary ring before serving. Garnish the salad with the remaining whole shrimp, grated yolk and optionally black caviar or imitation. Or as your imagination tells you. Bon Appetit!
  14. How to buy crab sticks correctly? Be sure to pay attention to the expiration date of the product. Surimi meat (minced white fish) should appear in the list of ingredients in the first place. Important! Do not buy a product if it has frost on it. This is a sign of re-freezing. Fresh sticks should be free of gray and yellow spots, firm and slightly damp. If the product is sticky, it is spoiled.
  15. If appearance and structure are not important to you, and time is limited, you can simply cut all the ingredients into small cubes, combine in a salad bowl and season with mayonnaise.
