Salad with pears, mozzarella and pine nuts - let's take a closer look at this dish. We are used to serving mozzarella with tomatoes, and with pears, it also makes a wonderful pair. You can mix the ingredients in a salad bowl, or you can first marinate the cheese in a dressing, then put thin slices of mozzarella on a dish and put a pear on top, decorating everything with a green salad. It will be very picturesque!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. For dressing, combine all ingredients in a container with a tight-fitting lid.
  2. Pour the nuts into a dry frying pan and fry, shaking, until golden brown, about 2 minutes. Remove from heat and transfer immediately to a plate to avoid overcooking the nuts.
  3. Cut the mozzarella into thin slices and pat dry with paper towels. Cut the pears into quarters, peel and core, cut across not too thin slices. Sprinkle the pears with lemon zest and juice to keep them from getting dark.
  4. Shake the tightly closed container of dressing vigorously to emulsify. Combine the lettuce with half the dressing, place on plates, top with the mozzarella and pears, pour over the remaining dressing, sprinkle with the nuts and serve.
