SALAD WITH MUSSELS AND SHRIMPS

Delicious seafood salad for any table. I love seafood! Therefore, I allow myself to periodically prepare various salads with their participation. This recipe is one of my favorites. I advise everyone!

Ingredients

  1. We prepare in advance all the products necessary for the salad.
  2. Defrost mussels and shrimps and fry in oil for about two minutes. I already had them half-finished (peeled shrimps).
  3. At the very end, add a little soy sauce to them. Stir everything and turn it off after a few seconds. Shrimp and mussels are slightly brown in color.
  4. Cut the avocado into two halves. We clean from the top layer and cut into small cubes. We remove the bone.
  5. We also cut the tomato into cubes, only remove the liquid part of it to the side.
  6. For dressing, mix olive oil, mustard and soy sauce. The proportions can be made to your liking. Salt if necessary, but it turns out to be quite normal.
  7. We divide the washed and dried lettuce leaves into parts and put them on the bottom of the plate. Put fried mussels and shrimps on top. Watering with dressing. Salt if necessary.
  8. Add slices of avocado, tomato and chopped egg. You can put more mussels and shrimps in the center, they are still the main ingredients. Sprinkle the dressing one more time and treat yourself to it!
