Delicious and healthy shrimp salad with an interesting dressing. By itself, the combination of products for a salad, excluding dressing, is very successful. But with the dressing, the salad becomes not only tasty, it acquires some kind of refined sophistication in the best traditions of French cuisine. You can replace regular hard cheese with some kind of blue cheese - and the restaurant dish is ready.

  1. Prepare ingredients. To prepare a salad with shrimps and pineapples, we need: shrimps (net weight in a peeled form not less than 200 g), canned pineapples, lettuce, cheese and an egg.
  2. Boil the shrimps in salted water with the addition of bay leaves and 1 tbsp. l. lemon juice. Then drain the water, cool the shrimp and peel.
  3. Hard boil the egg. Chill, peel and cut into 4 pieces.
  4. Cut the cheese into small pieces.
  5. Remove the pineapples from the jar, shake off the syrup and cut into small pieces.
  6. Refueling. While waiting for the dressing, we need: natural yogurt without additives (you can take Greek), ready-made Dijon mustard (you can use granular), dry garlic, black pepper and salt.
  7. Combine yogurt with mustard, dry garlic, ground black pepper and salt.
  8. Mix everything well.
  9. Wash lettuce leaves, dry and tear with your hands. Put lettuce leaves on the dish. Place the egg quarters on top.
  10. Top with cheese, pineapples.
  11. Add shrimp.
  12. Pour the dressing over the salad and serve. You can lightly sprinkle the salad with freshly ground pepper.
