For those who crave salads but have given up on mayonnaise dishes, this recipe is a great option. It is light and satisfying at the same time. The dressing in it is as light and spicy as possible, and the sweet and grapefruit juice makes it unusual and memorable. Instead of fish, you can use your favorite shrimp.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Fillet the citrus fruits by collecting the juice in a bowl. Season with salt and leave while the rest of the ingredients are prepared.
  2. Cut the onion into thin half rings, sprinkle with salt, sugar and black pepper, sprinkle with lime juice and leave for 5-10 minutes.
  3. Pick up the lettuce leaves. Bell peppers, cut in half. Remove seeds and partitions, cut into thin strips and fish into thin slices.
  4. Prepare the dressing by mixing citrus juice, lime zest, ginger and hot red pepper. Add olive oil to these and whisk lightly.
  5. Divide the ingredients into salad bowls, including the citrus fillets. Drizzle with dressing, stir. Spread pickled onions on top of the salad and garnish with mint.
