So I want to share my favorite salad “with squid and bell pepper”. The salad is very tasty and, most importantly, it is quick and easy to prepare.
  2. All salad ingredients are cut into strips. Cut canned squids into strips (you can take fresh ones and cook). We wash the fresh cucumber and cut it too. Cut the pitted olives into quarters. Then we wash the Bulgarian pepper and also cut it into strips of salad. Mix everything, salt and season with sour cream. Then add ginger and basil, and mix everything again.
  3. Decorate with parsley.
  4. The salad will turn out to be very light, your guests will surely like it and they will definitely make it stand out from the many dishes on your table.
