  1. Well, I wash the squid, if required, clean and cook in boiling water for literally two to four minutes, no more. Keeping squid in water for a long time will make them tough, so keep a close eye on the time. We take the squid out of the water, cool it, cut it into strips. Washed and peeled carrots, rub on a medium grater and fry in butter. Fry the onions in half rings in butter until golden brown, preferably in a separate frying pan. Then we put the squids, onions and carrots in one pan, break two eggs there, salt, pepper, mix and keep on fire, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes. We fill the salad with sour cream and, having decorated it beautifully, serve it to the table. Bon Appetit!
