Fast preparation, and at the exit a delicious salad with a minimum of mayonnaise. SQUID is a hearty, but at the same time dietary product. And eggs go well with it. If the salad contains these 2 ingredients, a delicate taste is guaranteed.

  1. Prepare all ingredients.
  2. Step 2. Cut the eggs into strips.
  3. Step 3. Peel the onions and cut them into small cubes. Pour boiling water over and let stand for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Step 4. Place on a sieve.
  5. Step 5. Pour boiling water over the squid for self-cleaning of the film. Transfer to a container with cold water.
  6. Step 6. Use your hands to clean the film and chord. Rinse in cold water.
  7. Step 7. Cut into strips and place in a saucepan.
  8. Step 8. Cover with water and bring to a boil. Add 1 tbsp. vinegar, stir and cook for 2-3 minutes.
