This salad will appeal to everyone who loves squid. Delicious salad with squid, cheese, egg and cucumber turns out! Surely it will come in handy for all adherents of PP, as well as lovers of seafood. This dish is good to start a difficult day, served for breakfast or dinner.

  1. Prepare ingredients. To prepare a salad with squid, cheese, eggs and cucumber, we need: squid (if frozen, defrost it beforehand); eggs, hard cheese, cucumber; Dill; mayonnaise and black pepper.
  2. Clean the squid from films and chords and rinse well. Boil the squid in salted boiling water for 1-2 minutes. Do not cook any longer !!! Otherwise, the squid will become tough like rubber and completely tasteless. Cool the finished squid, cut into strips.
  3. Hard-boiled eggs, chill, peel and cut into small cubes. For more uniformity, the eggs can be grated on a coarse grater.
  4. Wash the cucumber, dry it, cut off the ends. Cut into strips.
  5. Grate the cheese on a coarse or medium grater.
  6. Wash the dill, dry it and chop finely. You can add a couple of parsley sprigs to the dill.
  7. Put squid, cucumber, eggs, cheese and herbs in a salad bowl.
  8. Pepper the salad, season with mayonnaise.
  9. Mix everything well.
  10. The salad can be served immediately, or you can let it stand in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. Garnish the salad with a sprig of dill before serving. Bon Appetit!
