If you have planned to fry a steak, and guests unexpectedly come to you, do not be alarmed that there is not enough meat for everyone. Make a steak salad - let it be your little secret.

  1. Combine all marinade ingredients in a small bowl. Brush the steak with the marinade and leave for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat the oven. Chop the cherry tomatoes with a fork or a sharp knife, put in a bowl, add a little salt and pour 1 tbsp. l. olive oil, stir. Place the tomatoes on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes. They should wrinkle slightly, but keep their shape.

  7. Place the arugula on a dish and pour over the dressing, stir. Place the steak, tomatoes and corn on top of the arugula. Sprinkle with crumbled blue cheese.
