Veal and nuts will saturate the body with energy, fresh vegetables and fruits will give a feeling of lightness, and the original dressing will combine all this into a whole dish!

  1. Rub a piece of veal with spices and salt, quickly fry with a teaspoon of vegetable oil on all sides so that the meat remains juicy, put it in foil with onions, carrots, garlic, any herbs and bake until soft, depending on the size of the piece 30-40 min. (instead of baking, the meat can be boiled).
  2. Cut the cooled meat into thin slices. Lettuce leaves, if large, we tear with our hands. Cut the apples into relatively large slices. Cut the cucumbers along with the peel into thin long strips using a vegetable peeler. Break the cheese into thin, uneven pieces. Pour over the walnuts with thick balsamic vinegar.
  3. For the sauce, mix yogurt, finely chopped dill, cilantro, salt, pepper, lemon juice.
  4. Putting the salad together: creatively put all the ingredients into a dish as your imagination suggests. Add sauce to the salad and serve immediately!
