A simple soup with salmon, green peas, celery and potatoes cooks very quickly, has a delicate taste and undeniable benefits. The fish soup turns out to be transparent and appetizing.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare your ingredients.
  2. Any piece of fish will do, I used frozen salmon steaks (you need to defrost it first). Peas can be taken fresh, frozen or canned.
  3. Boil 1.5 L of water in a saucepan and transfer the thawed fish to it. Bring the water to a boil and cook the fish for 20 minutes.
  4. Cut the celery stalk and the peeled onion into small cubes. Peel the carrots and cut into semicircles or cubes.
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and sauté onions, carrots and celery over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes.
  6. Peel and cut the potatoes into small pieces.
  7. Remove the boiled pieces of fish from the broth and cool.
  8. Transfer the potatoes to a saucepan with fish broth. Bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes.
  9. Fried onions, carrots and celery are also sent to the pan. Bring to a boil and cook for another 5 minutes.
  10. Separate the fish fillet from the bones and free from the skin. Put the pieces of salmon into a saucepan.
  11. Add the green peas to the soup immediately after the fish.
  12. Add salt and black pepper. Stir and turn off heat.
  13. Salmon soup with green peas and potatoes is ready. This soup does not need to be insisted.
  14. Pour fish soup into bowls, add dill and serve.
  15. Moderately thick, rich and aromatic, this soup with salmon is a great alternative to your family's usual first courses.
  16. Bon Appetit!
