New Year is approaching, and it's time to think about what you would like to please yourself and your loved ones on a festive night. Lightly salted salmon with dill will decorate any New Year's table.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1. In salmon, cut the belly and remove the entrails. Cut off the tail and head. Rinse the fish inside and out, dry thoroughly with napkins or a towel. Make a deep cut along the entire ridge and, keeping the knife almost parallel to the table surface, cut the fillets off the bone. Separate the second fillet in the same way. Remove the rib bones. 2. Wash the dill, dry it and chop finely. Mix with salt and sugar. 3. Spread the mixture in an even layer on one half of the fillet, cover with the other half, and press down. Wrap in plastic wrap and leave for a day at room temperature, then place in the refrigerator.
