Sandwiches with sprat and herring, like on Deribasovskaya

The idea to give a name to the dish arose thanks to the main attraction of the city of Odessa - Deribasovskaya Street.

Ingredients

• black bread 2 pcs.
• herring fillet 50 g
• sprat 50 g
• aromatic oil 5-10 g
• cucumbers 30 g
• boiled egg 1 pc.
• dill 2 g
• onion 2 g
• mustard 20 g

Directions

1. Fry black bread (2 slices) in fragrant oil until crisp in the office. After frying, brush with mustard.
2. Serving: Put egg and cucumbers on brown bread. Put the sprat and herring on top (the sprat and herring should be slightly salted). To decorate the dish, you will need dill and onions.
