  1. For the garlic oil, crush and peel 10-12 cloves of garlic. Crush 3-4 allspice peas. Put the garlic and pepper in a saucepan, pour 250 ml of vegetable oil, put on low heat.
  2. When the garlic turns golden brown, remove from heat and remove. Place 2 kg of sausages (kupat) with a toothpick in 10-15 places. Cover with hot oil and let cool. In oil, they can stay in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
  3. Bring sausages to room temperature before cooking. Fry, turning frequently, over well-burned charcoal for about 15 minutes.
