Sausages in mashed potatoes

I suggest making a quick, hearty snack - sausages in mashed potatoes. This recipe is perfect for recycling leftover mashed potatoes from lunch or dinner!

Ingredients

• Mashed potatoes - 400 g
• Sausages - 4 pcs.
• Processed toast cheese - 4 plates

Directions

1. We string sausages on wooden skewers.
2. We wrap sausages with slices of processed cheese.
3. Wrap the top with a layer of mashed potatoes.
4. Fry sausages in mashed potatoes in a preheated pan in vegetable oil for about 10 minutes, until golden brown.
