  1. Beat eggs, egg whites, and yolks on different plates.
  2. Pour 75 grams of sugar into each bowl and beat the egg whites and yolks separately.
  3. Pour the beaten yolks into a lush mass of yolks and mix them.
  4. Separately, pass the flour through a sieve and pour in the eggs with sugar.
  5. You should get a slightly thin dough.
  6. Transfer the dough to a pastry bag. If not, you can take a syringe.
  7. Cover the pan with baking paper, and grease it with oil.
  8. On this paper from a bag squeeze out a strip of dough 12 cm long.
  9. It can be sprinkled with powdered sugar on top.
  10. Pre-turn on the oven, and preheat to 200 degrees.
  11. Bake for about 15 minutes.
