Fragrant fish in orange filling is a great dish for any occasion.

  1. Cut the lemon and onion into slices, squeeze the juice from 1/2 of the orange.
  2. Make cuts in the fish fillet, sprinkle each with dried garlic and put in them a lemon wedge and a basil leaf.
  3. Lubricate the form with oil. We put the fish in the form with the pockets up. Sprinkle the fish with flour and put the onion on top.
  4. Prepare the filling: beat eggs with wine and garlic. You can pour the prepared sauce over the fish.
  5. We heat the oven to 200 * C and bake the fish for 20 minutes. Remove the finished fish from the oven and pour the orange juice over the fish.
  6. Serve decorating with green leaves.
