Semolina Porridge with Pear

  1. Bring the milk to a boil in a saucepan. Stir constantly and add semolina. Bring to a boil and simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally, for 3 minutes.
  2. Peel the pears, cut into 4 pieces. Core and cut into small cubes. Fry over high heat with butter, 2 minutes. Reduce heat, add raisins, sugar and cinnamon, cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  3. Divide the porridge into bowls or plates. Add pears. Drizzle with syrup from a skillet. Serve immediately.
